修复内容

  • 删除 README 中无法阅读的 Base64 字符串
  • 恢复正常的项目标题和欢迎说明
  • 增加“如何提交 Pull Request”入口及用途说明
  • 增加“开源贡献指南”入口及用途说明
  • 增加参与贡献提示

验证

  • 分支比较显示 README 为正常的 17 行 Markdown
  • 两个文档链接均指向仓库内对应文件
  • 最新差异为新增 17 行、删除 1 行 Base64 字符串
