在 FAQ 的“XPU-OJ、提交与排行榜”章节新增问题 1，问题原话为“XPUOJ测评 MoE 耗时减少了但是分数反而降低了”，回答使用赛事方提供的基线修复与榜单清空通知原文；原问题 1—5 顺延为 2—6，其他内容不变。
