zhangqing 82ff856e46 docs(workflows): 移除 zhangqing 任务三脚本产物，改走编排 Skill 路线 
按任务三"全部是 Markdown 文档（编排 Skill），不写 Go 代码、不写 shell 脚本"的核心原则：
- 删除 reproduce.sh 及 payload-v0.2.0-beta.2.json
- 同步修订 README.md 与 agent-dialogue-triggers.md 中对脚本的引用
远端 GitLink 已发布的 Release/Issue/Label/评论不受影响（脚本写入早在 2026-06-29 落地）。
下一步用编排 Skill（SKILL.md）串联任务二子 Skill 实现 ①⑤⑦ 工作流。

- SKILL.md：澄清 PATCH 404 真实原因是 Git Bash MSYS2 路径转换（非 .json），补充 MSYS_NO_PATHCONV=1 方案；修正 assigners 空时 owner 兜底无效
- verification.md：2.4 改为实证记录（Git Bash 路径转换 + MSYS 解决 + owner_id 兜底无效），PATCH 状态更新为已跑通，截图清单对齐实际文件

15972095207 7f53548244 fix: use correct issue_tag_ids field for issue create --label 
The GitLink v1 API expects issue_tag_ids (array of integers), not label_id.
This fixes the bug where --label was silently ignored when creating issues.

15972095207 2760c47115 fix: use PUT method for wiki update and align with reference implementation 
The update API requires PUT, not POST. Previous commit 7a85c6d incorrectly
changed it to POST which caused HTTP 500 errors. Also added shared test
helpers to common package and rewrote wiki tests to match reference files.

15972095207 7a82eef766 fix: always include message field in wiki update request body 
The gateway API requires the message field to be present (even as empty
string). Previously update omitted it when --message was not provided,
causing HTTP 500 errors. Also removed dead code in callWikiAPI and added
a test for update without message.

zhangqing dee04432d2 fix: use ctx.Owner instead of global cmdutil.Owner in notification 
Tests set Owner on RuntimeContext, not on the global cmdutil variable.
This fixes all 4 notification test failures.
