ded69412eb fix: 完成同学C文档修复任务 C-1 到 C-18 
基于 ldw工作.md 完成所有18项文档修复，包含：
- 错别字修正（的的→的, 左测→左侧, 进→仅, 接受→接收等）
- 图片路径修复（重晴鸟→重睛鸟, 建站工具路径修正）
- H1标题修正（确实开源帮助中心→正确的标题）
- Bot组件移动到 src/components/ 并更新引用路径
- 平台公告补充内容
- 标签和发行版管理删除失效图片引用
- 搜索插件升级至 0.55.1
