Vishesh Yadav cf33cea0b4 loopback_cluster: Find `fdbcli` from `$BUILD` path 
Currently expects to find `fdbcli` in current path, which doesn't seem
right. `fdbcli` should always be in the directory where we'll find
`fdbserver`.
