Revert commit `90c259d84e`, because if we use unordered_map, toString() can be inconsistent. * Move ClientKnob::COORDINATOR_HOSTNAME_RESOLVE_DELAY to FlowKnob::HOSTNAME_RESOLVE_DELAY. * Move Hostname to its own files.
