欧涛 f46b3c40b3 fix(HttpClient-SSL握手修复): 修复HTTPS请求偶发性peer not authenticated错误 ... 新增SSLContextFactory配置TLSv1.2/TLSv1.3协议支持，优化HttpClient连接池管理策略。添加连接验证机制（2秒间隔）、连接存活时间限制（60秒）和后台清理线程（每10秒清理过期连接），同时在业务层添加针对SSL握手失败等异常的重试机制（最多2次），彻底解决频繁出现的SSL握手失败问题。		2026-03-16 15:32:10 +08:00
