Also, - Rename UTEST_SMP_CALL_FUNC to RT_UTEST_SMP_CALL_FUNC. - Add depends on RT_USING_SMP in Kconfig for RT_UTEST_SMP_CALL_FUNC - Follow the naming rules of utest case to update the cases' name.
