Jeff Nichols 399f9560a7 Changed insertBefore() and insertAfter() to have different implementations for VML and SVG (was broken in VML). Also changed these functions to return 'this' for chaining.

Ben Askins 9d3c93c06e Don't round calculation of rowHeight and columnWidth in the drawGrid function. If you want to plot points on the drawn grid, rounding these figures will lead to inaccuracies.
