Andrej Butok b6c4a2cf29 yaml: use EXTRA_CONF_FILE in .yaml files 
Use EXTRA_CONF_FILE in sample yaml files,
that replaced deprecated OVERLAY_CONFIG
since the Zephyr v3.4 release.
