Daniel Leung 0e548fd4cc cmake: toolchain/xcc,xt-clang: env vars for multiple cores
To use Xtensa toolchain, various environment variables must be
set so the executables can find necessary files and what core
to compile for. This becomes an annoyance when you have to
test multiple boards with different cores. You have to use
one set of environment variables per core. Twister cannot test
them all in one setting, and it is especially annoying doing
west builds. So enhance the environment variables handling so
that TOOLCHAIN_VER and XTENSA_CORE can be replaced by
TOOLCHAIN_VAR_<board> and XTENSA_CORE_<board> where <board>
is the normalized board target (think <board>.yaml). CMake
will then figure out the core ID for the toolchain to use.

Fabio Baltieri fb5a7c8dd5 doc: use substitutions to replace all current harcoded SDK versions
This creates a set of substitution rules to replace all current usages
of SDK versions in the documentation, apart from a few that were not
meant to be copy-pastable anyway and the version has just been swapped
with a <version> placeholder.

Since code-block does not parse the content, these have all been
replaced with parsed-literal. That one though parses URLs, which cannot
be broken, so a series of URL substitutions are provided too.

Stephanos Ioannidis 617fa23da5 doc: Update link to the "Zephyr SDK Releases" page
This commit updates the link to the "Zephyr SDK Releases" page to point
to the "Tags" page instead of the "Releases" page because:

* "Tags" page is easier to browse by version.
* Download links are not properly rendered on the "Releases" page due
to a GitHub limitation (release body preview content length limit).

Gerard Marull-Paretas f2112c8bfe doc: fix incorrect usage of envvar role
:envvar: is currently used to tag environment variables, however,
:envvar: role expects a matching .. envvar:: directive where the
environment variable is defined. This patch fixes some cases by adding
envvar directives and by converting certain cases to literals (it
doesn't make sense to document all env vars in a list, as some are
self-documented by contextual information).
