James Newton-King 39a24cc624 [gke benchmarks] Reenable dotnet GKE benchmarks (#35253) 
PR https://github.com/grpc/test-infra/pull/389 updates the docker images to fix benchmarks failing after upgrading to .NET 8 RTM. It needs to be merged first.

Closes #35253
