Julien Boeuf 8ca294e417 Refactoring the core security code. 
As opposed to a flat directory, we now have the following structure:

- security
  -context
  - credentials
    - composite
    - fake
    - google_default
    - iam
    - jwt
    - oauth2
    - plugin
    - ssl
  - transport
  - util

We have not refactored the test code yet but this PR is already large
enough...

Julien Boeuf 510a920c75 Credentials cleanup: 
- Removing service_accounts credentials. These credentials just have
  drawbacks compared to service_account_jwt_access credentials, notably
  in terms for security.
- Renaming Google specific credentials with a Google prefix for C and
  C++. This should be done as well for wrapped languages.

Julien Boeuf 28d75d9349 Adding option to add a null terminator when loading a file. 
- This will take care of a potential issue with default credentials
  where the slice pointer is casted as const char * for APIs that need a
  null terminated string.

- The google default credentials now work with the cloud SDK.

jboeuf 1a809c0ebb Adding support for service account credentials. 
- Tested end to end with a JSON key I generated for my account using the
fetch_oauth2 binary.
- The same fetch_oauth2 binary can get a token from the GCE metadata service on a VM in cloud.
