Remove C# implementation (individual packages will continue to be maintained through v2.46.x patches or moved to grpc-dotnet) (#29225)

Add a link to the android example and fix the link text (platforms are now served from another page).

Patrice Chalin d33bd76855 examples/README rework 
- Fix link to "Intro to gRPC" (formerly "Overview")
- Don't list wrapped languages twice (once in intro paragraph, then in subdirectory list); move subdirectory links to the start of the page.
- Sort subdirectory list
- Link to grpc.io "Supported Languages" page for the remaining languages
