Kairui Song ebc7ecb844 config: set CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM=m 
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_RAM=y will create /dev/ram* by default which is unneeded,
just make it a module, ram block devices can still be created with
modprobe.
