Dmitriy Zaporozhets 19cfa86aa3 Merge branch 'rs-markdown-typography' into 'master' 
Markdown typography CSS fixes

The `!important` flags recently added to the `md-typography`
mixin's `pre` elements were overriding the background and
foreground colors for syntax highlighting.
