yanhom db2e2620c1 fix(virtual-thread): harden VT executor monitoring, decorate, and refresh ... Skip liveness/capacity alarms and invalid core-size validation for virtual thread pools, keep Aware keys consistent with EnhancedRunnable, make decorate idempotent against SimpleAsync double-entry, avoid overwriting reject type with proxy names, and disable non-applicable default notify items.
