BroadcastTo
=================
将较小张量按 N-D 规则广播到目标形状并写入输出。

    输入：
        - **input** - 输入数据地址。
        - **input_shape** - 输入形状数组。
        - **input_shape_size** - 输入形状长度。
        - **output_shape** - 目标输出形状数组。
        - **output_shape_size** - 输出形状长度。
        - **data_size** - 单个元素字节数（例如 sizeof(float)）。
        - **core_mask(int, 可选)** - 核掩码（仅适用于共享存储版本）。

    输出：
        - **output** - 输出数据地址。

    支持平台：
        ``FT78NE``
        ``MT7004``
