v-tangmeng 690fc1e0c3 fix the compilation error caused by CONFIG_DISABLE_SIGNALS 
The commit 'add support for CONFIG_DISABLE_SIGNALS' led to:

undefined reference to `signal'
undefined reference to `sigaction'
