qinwei1 674205fa52 sched/task/task_getpid: getpid should return process id not thread id 
Summary:
   implement the right semantics:
1. getpid should return the main thread id
2. gettid should return the current thread id

1、Round trip times in the ping command range from millisecond to subtle
2、Add statistics on RTT related min/avg/Max/mdev in ping program
