Mircea Cirjaliu 3da109d141 bpf: Fix helper bpf_map_peek_elem_proto pointing to wrong callback 
I assume this was obtained by copy/paste. Point it to bpf_map_peek_elem()
instead of bpf_map_pop_elem(). In practice it may have been less likely
hit when under JIT given shielded via 84430d4232c3 ("bpf, verifier: avoid
retpoline for map push/pop/peek operation").

jianmingfan 1d3c8a2090 merge bpf_jiffies64 api from 5576b991e9c1a11d2cc21c4b94fc75ec27603896 
it is reported that bpf_jiffies64 is faster than bpf_ktime_get_ns().
EKS  network bpf snat use this to recycle timeout connection entries from
map.
