Wang Hai 9c57e5d7fb qtnfmac: fix error return code in qtnf_pcie_probe()

Fix to return a negative error code from the error handling
case instead of 0, as done elsewhere in this function.

Colin Ian King 115f8026e1 qtnfmac: fix resource leaks on unsupported iftype error return path

Currently if an unsupported iftype is detected the error return path
does not free the cmd_skb leading to a resource leak. Fix this by
free'ing cmd_skb.
