15972095207 aa7f645158 test(skills): issue-triage 补充真实验证截图 + 修正 PATCH 说明 
- SKILL.md：澄清 PATCH 404 真实原因是 Git Bash MSYS2 路径转换（非 .json），补充 MSYS_NO_PATHCONV=1 方案；修正 assigners 空时 owner 兜底无效
- verification.md：2.4 改为实证记录（Git Bash 路径转换 + MSYS 解决 + owner_id 兜底无效），PATCH 状态更新为已跑通，截图清单对齐实际文件
- 补充 8 张验证截图（ylly 环境 PowerShell/Git Bash 实跑）

wbtiger 7bcba5aed8 feat(member): add repository member shortcuts (#46) 
Add member command group with 8 shortcuts:
- +list, +add, +batch-add, +remove, +role
- +invite-link, +invite-info, +accept-invite

Batch add supports --dry-run, CSV file input, and partial failure
reporting. 12 tests included.

Tiger 4bfbfc6e8f Replace PR #20 webhook with PR #22 improved implementation 
- Use v1 API paths for all webhook endpoints (fixes view/test returning HTML/404)
- Add +tasks command for listing webhook delivery tasks
- Add webhook event validation (10-event whitelist)
- Add webhook type validation (10-type whitelist)
- Add content-type and http-method validation
- Fix update to preserve unspecified fields via fetch-and-merge
- Add event deduplication in parseWebhookEvents
- Add 9 comprehensive unit tests (up from 3)
- Use --http-method flag (maintains backward compatibility with PR #20)

wbtiger 20c3a4ff62 feat(pr): add pr +comment shortcut 
Add a convenience command to comment on pull requests directly,
without needing to look up the underlying issue ID first.

Internally resolves the PR's issue ID via pr +view, then posts
to the issues journals API.

wbtiger 44147bd71a fix: Issue 操作切换到 v1 API，统一使用 project_issues_index 替代数据库 ID 
改动：
- Issue 所有操作（list/view/create/update/close/comment）从旧版 /api/ 切到 /api/v1/
- flag --id/-i 改为 --number/-n（与网页 URL 中的 Issue 编号一致）
- create 增加 status_id:1（必填，v1 API 要求）
- update/close 的 HTTP 方法从 PUT 改为 PATCH（v1 API 规范）
- comment 的请求字段从 content 改为 notes（v1 API 字段名）
- comment 路径从 /issues/{id}/journals 改为 /v1/{owner}/{repo}/issues/{number}/journals

wbtiger 17abc488a8 fix: 统一使用 pull_request_number 替代 pull_request_id 
将所有 skill 文档中对 pull_request_id 的引用替换为 pull_request_number，
与用户在网页 URL (/pulls/N) 中看到的序号一致。API 本身支持
pull_request_number，因此无需任何代码改动。

wbtiger 445e548f49 docs(skills): add Fork-based PR workflow guidelines 
- gitlink-shared: add 'PR Collaboration Workflow' section with Fork flow,
  correct/incorrect examples, and self-owned repo exception
- gitlink-pr: replace single-path PR creation with two sections:
  1. Fork flow for contributing to others' repos (mandatory)
  2. Direct branch flow for self-owned repos (allowed)

Ensures AI agents follow standard open-source collaboration practices
instead of pushing branches directly to upstream repositories.

wbtiger 90dee6eeb5 fix(skills): add tool boundary rules to prevent gh/hub misuse on GitLink 
Problem:
AI agents (e.g., Claude Code) sometimes use `gh` (GitHub CLI) instead of
`gitlink-cli` when operating on GitLink repositories, causing 'command not
found' errors or targeting the wrong platform.

Solution:
- Add '⛔ Tool Boundary' section to gitlink-shared/SKILL.md with platform-
  to-tool mapping table, judgment criteria, and dual-platform guidance
- Add CRITICAL one-liner to all 10 sub-skills ensuring agents see the
  constraint even without reading shared
- Does NOT block `gh` for GitHub operations — only prevents misuse on
  GitLink resources

Tested with 5 scenarios confirming:
1. GitLink operations correctly use gitlink-cli
2. GitHub operations still use gh when appropriate
3. Ambiguous cases default to gitlink-cli when skill is loaded
