+## Safety Notes
+
+- Confirm the target repository before follow, unfollow, like, or unlike actions.
+- Use `--project-id` when the caller already knows the numeric project ID to avoid the extra repository lookup.
+- `--start-at` and `--end-at` must be Unix timestamps.
