LogicalAnd
=================

逐元素执行逻辑与（Logical AND）运算，支持广播。

对输入张量的对应元素先进行布尔化判断，再执行逻辑与运算，输出结果为 0 或 1。

输入：
    - **input0** - 第一个输入张量的数据地址。
    - **input1** - 第二个输入张量的数据地址。
    - **output** - 输出张量的数据地址。
    - **params** - 参数打包成数组（7个元素），格式如下：
        - params[0]: input0_dims 地址
        - params[1]: input1_dims 地址
        - params[2]: output_dims 地址
        - params[3]: strides0 地址（需分配 num_dims*sizeof(int) 空间）
        - params[4]: strides1 地址（需分配 num_dims*sizeof(int) 空间）
        - params[5]: strides_output 地址（需分配 num_dims*sizeof(int) 空间）
        - params[6]: num_dims（张量维度数）
    - **core_mask** - 核掩码（仅共享存储版本）。

输出：
    - **output** - 输出结果地址，0 或 1。

    - 输入值在参与逻辑运算前会被转换为布尔值（非 0 为 true，0 为 false）
