* chore(ci): change deploy workflow backend input from environment choice to custom URL
- Replace alpha/production dropdown with a string input for backend URL
- Default to https://agent.bytedev.site/
- Allows any custom backend URL to be specified at dispatch time

ci(deploy): add workflow dispatch for environment selection ( #1743 )

- Introduced a workflow dispatch input to allow manual triggering
of the deployment with an environment choice (alpha or production).
- Updated the environment variable setup to reflect the selected
environment, ensuring the correct VITE_ORIGIN_URL is used during
deployment.
